Original Oracle Cards

I created this Oracle Card Deck back in 2012, originally as a 54-card deck, but I decided to add an additional 16 cards in 2017, which I felt would enhance your readings and I also made the images bigger. The cards are made from premium 330gsm superior quality card stock with black core (smooth finish) in an extra large size of 3.5″ by 5.75″ and due to many requests are now also available in tarot size.

I got my first tarot deck when I was 17 years old and still have that same deck today. It takes a lot of time and practice to learn the meanings of the tarot and how to interpret them, so my goal was to create a deck that is easy for anyone to use. Each card has the meaning written, easy to read, right on the front so you won’t need to look up the meanings, you just need to practice reading them in conjunction with the other cards in the spread and depending on which spread you use, in relation to the position in a spread.

If you are a novice you can practice with a simple three card spread to answer questions and provide guidance. With any card deck you need to use your own intuition to interpret what they are saying. This becomes automatic with practice. The more you use your deck the more in tune you will become with them and they with you, and the way you read them.

Experience has shown me that there are main topics of interest that people always ask about. They are Relationships, Family, Career, Finances, Health and Life Purpose. Plus there are five categories that often come up in readings that I feel are important and they are Communication, Change, Emotions, Balance and Action. So I decided to include cards with just these topics on them which you can use either separately, as the main theme for the reading, or keep them with the deck and interpret them as part of the spread.

Along with these 11 cards there are now 61 guidance cards with their meanings indicated right on the front, along with images that can provide you with additional intuitive thoughts in their details. All the artwork included was designed and created by me, so if you like any of the images most of them are available for sale in my gallery.

As far as using the cards in a spread, if you go online you can find many examples of different spreads and their meanings that you can use, or design your own spread, one that resonates with you. If you are beginner, once you get a feel for the deck, you can use the cards in both the upright and reversed position. When a card is reversed its meaning will be completely the opposite or weakened, let your intuition guide you which way to read it. I start a reading with all the cards in an upright position, I then shuffle the cards and split them into six separate piles. I then reverse a pile and reshuffle the deck before I pull the cards for the reading. However, everyone has there own way of reading cards, use them in the way that comes naturally to you.

Sandy

I have owned this deck now for nearly 6 weeks and I find I have really tuned into it. I connect with the messages and then there is always something in the images that speaks to me. I really appreciate the artwork and I love the feel of the cardstock. Thank you, Sandy
