OUR TAROT, ORACLE & LENORMAND DECKS

Order Process

As we offer custom backs for our decks, all cards are made to order. Please allow 2 – 5 days for your deck to be completed, which will then be shipped to you directly by the printer. All orders placed after 4:00 pm EST, or on the weekend or civic holiday, will be processed the next business day.

Shipping

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Please see our Shipping Information for more details.

Returns & Exchange

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase so we offer a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days for the return address to our studio in Canada. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. To qualify for a refund the item must meet the following conditions:

– Returned items must be in the original product packaging or packaged to ensure it will not be damaged, crushed or dented in transit.
– Returned items must have no visible signs of use or mishandling

A full refund (minus any shipping costs) will be given once the returned item has been received at the studio. Until you are sure you are completely happy with your tarot deck, PLEASE HANDLE WITH CARE. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, thank you.

Digital Downloads

Because of the nature of digital downloads, they are considered final sale.

OUR ART & DESIGNS

All our artwork offered for sale via our art gallery, available as a variety of different products, are created and shipped by our fulfillment company. If you’re not happy with your purchase, for any reason, you can return it to the fulfillment company within 30 days of the order date. As soon as it is received you will be issued a full refund for the entire purchase price. Please note – they do not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to an incorrect item or defect in quality.

Spirit Paintings

As Spirit Paintings are a custom order, I cannot accept returns unless of course the item arrives damaged. If your item is damaged please take photos of the shipping container as well as the art print.

OUR TAROT, ORACLE & LENORMAND DECKS

As we offer custom backs for all our tarot decks, each deck is made to order. Once complete your deck(s) will be shipped to you directly by the printer. Please allow 2 – 5 days for manufacture.

USA
Orders are shipped in bulk to the US warehouse at which point they are then mailed out via USPS priority mail. I will send you the 4PX or USPS tracking number once your order has been dispatched by the printer. Please note: tracking information will be updated ONCE your order has been received by USPS and entered into their postal system for delivery, usually within 6 – 9 days.

OUTSIDE USA
Orders will be shipped via 4PX, EVRi, UBI Smart Parcel, DHL Parcel, HK e-Express or SF Express depending on your location. I will send you a tracking number once your order has been dispatched by the printer. When your package reaches your country it will be delivered via Expedited Parcel or Registered Mail, depending on your local postal service. Please note: depending on which carrier service is used, tracking information will be updated ONCE your package has been received by and entered into your local postal service’s system. Customs and duty fees may apply which are the responsibility of the buyer.

All orders can be tracked at AfterShip. European orders are shipped in bulk to the warehouse in Germany and then delivered via EVRi or DHL Parcel depending on your location. You can also track your order through your local postal system, which will be updated once it has been registered in their system for delivery.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to some countries via standard shipping with tracking, however in some cases we can ship without tracking or via express courier services. If you would like your order shipped without tracking or via express courier, please contact us and if we are able to ship to your country we will be happy to provide you with a quote.

OUR ART & DESIGNS

All our artwork offered for sale via our art gallery, available as a variety of different products, are created and shipped by our fulfillment company. Shipping information is provided for each item once added to cart. The fulfillment company has 16 manufacturing centres located in 5 countries. Each manufacturing centre can ship products to any destination in the world. When you place an order they automatically route your order to the nearest manufacturing center in order to minimize shipping costs and speed up delivery times.

SPIRIT PAINTINGS

We offer FREE shipping for all orders of custom Spirit Paintings to Canada and the USA. For all other countries you have the option to purchase a Spirit Painting as “artwork only” and your custom painting will be sent to you via email for you to have printed yourself.
