OUR TAROT, ORACLE & LENORMAND DECKS

Order Process

As we offer custom backs for our decks, all cards are made to order. Please allow 2 – 5 days for your deck to be completed, which will then be shipped to you directly by the printer. All orders placed after 4:00 pm EST, or on the weekend or civic holiday, will be processed the next business day.

Shipping

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Please see our Shipping Information for more details.

Returns & Exchange

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase so we offer a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days for the return address to our studio in Canada. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. To qualify for a refund the item must meet the following conditions:

    Returned items must be in the original product packaging or packaged to ensure it will not be damaged, crushed or dented in transit.
   – Returned items must have no visible signs of use or mishandling

A full refund (minus any shipping costs) will be given once the returned item has been received at the studio. Until you are sure you are completely happy with your tarot deck, PLEASE HANDLE WITH CARE. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, thank you.

Digital Downloads

Because of the nature of digital downloads, they are considered final sale.

OUR ART & DESIGNS

All our artwork offered for sale via our art gallery, available as a variety of different products, are created and shipped by our fulfillment company. If you’re not happy with your purchase, for any reason, you can return it to the fulfillment company within 30 days of the order date. As soon as it is received you will be issued a full refund for the entire purchase price. Please note – they do not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to an incorrect item or defect in quality.

Spirit Paintings

As Spirit Paintings are a custom order, I cannot accept returns unless of course the item arrives damaged. If your item is damaged please take photos of the shipping container as well as the art print.
