Split Second Story

If you can’t beat them, join them; that’s the story behind this artwork composition. If you want to reach the younger generation today then jump on their band wagon, so to speak. While I am personally not supporting defacing other people’s property, there are some barren, remote locations that can actually benefit from it; when the graffiti is created as art….and not just scribble or slander. The use of the #Jesusrules, even though we know it is supposed to be all on one line, we get the message and I give the nun a thumbs up as she definitely got my attention. This artwork actually won second place in a competition.

(This is an artwork compilation, it is not real)

Thank you for your kind comment.

This is a truly wonderful capture, definitely tells a story. I wonder how long you had to wait for an actual NUN to pass by?!?! Great job.

Hi Tina, thank you for your comment. The photo of the nun was part of an archive that was used for a contest. She was walking down a street carryng a purse actually. I am guilty of creating her into the rebel :). This artwork did actually win second place.

No I just changed a few things about her, I created the graffitti on the wall and put the chalk in her hand etc.

You mean you photoshopped her into the shot of the wall???

An amazing capture,Pennie. I’ve often wondered who does all the graffiti that we see around us. Now I know. 🙂
