As we offer custom backs for all our tarot decks, each deck is made to order. Once complete your deck(s) will be shipped to you directly by the printer. Please allow 5 - 7 days for processing and production.
USA Orders are shipped to the US by 4PX/YunExpress and then handed over to USPS for delivery. I will send you a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please note: tracking information will be updated ONCE your order has been received by USPS and entered into their postal system for delivery, usually within 6 - 9 days. There will be no additional tariffs, taxes or duties on your order.
Due to the recent changes made by the US government the choice of carrier used to ship your package by the printer is subject to change.
OUTSIDE USA Orders will be shipped via 4PX, EVRi, UBI Smart Parcel, DHL Parcel, HK e-Express or SF Express depending on your location. I will send you a tracking number once your order has been dispatched by the printer. When your package reaches your country it will be delivered via Expedited Parcel or Registered Mail, depending on your local postal service. Please note: depending on which carrier service is used, tracking information will be updated ONCE your package has been received by and entered into your local postal service's system. Customs and duty fees may apply which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to some countries via standard shipping with tracking, however in some cases we can ship without tracking or via express courier services. If you would like your order shipped without tracking or via express courier, please contact us and if we are able to ship to your country we will be happy to provide you with a quote.
If you choose to place an order without the option of tracking, even though it rarely happens, we cannot be held responsible for any packages that get lost in the mail.

All our artwork offered for sale via our art gallery, available as a variety of different products, are created and shipped by our fulfillment company. Shipping information is provided for each item once added to cart. The fulfillment company has 16 manufacturing centres located in 5 countries. Each manufacturing centre can ship products to any destination in the world. When you place an order they automatically route your order to the nearest manufacturing center in order to minimize shipping costs and speed up delivery times.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. If your country is not listed as an option for shipping it means we are unable to provide a tracking number for your order. Please see our shipping information for more details and options.
All orders placed without the option of tracking, is at your own risk. Even though it rarely happens, we cannot be held responsible for any packages that get lost in the mail.
It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase so we offer a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days for the return address to our studio in Canada. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. To qualify for a refund the item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned items must be in the original product packaging or packaged to ensure it will not be damaged, crushed or dented in transit.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of use or mishandling.
A full refund (minus any shipping costs) will be given once the returned item has been received at the studio. Until you are sure you are completely happy with your tarot deck, PLEASE HANDLE WITH CARE. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We appreciate and thank you for your understanding.

If you're not happy with your purchase, for any reason, you can return it to the fulfillment company within 30 days of the order date. As soon as it is received you will be issued a full refund for the entire purchase price. Please note - they do not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to an incorrect item or defect in quality.
